Better health through food
There’s one activity that we all do on a daily basis – eat. We depend on food to fuel our bodies and maintain energy. But, what if we could turbocharge the process and eat foods that give us even more energy? Or maybe even reverse the symptoms of a health issue?
Food is a powerful tool. And we know how to put it work for you.

Sydney Schumacher, RD, Nutritionist
Sydney Schumacher is a Registered Dietitian who believes that nutrition plays a key role in optimizing an individual’s health and well-being.
She values a holistic approach to health and believes that food creates community and offers a unique combination of nourishment and medicine.
Through a combination of coaching, education and partnership, Sydney empowers her clients to make lasting lifestyle changes that lead to better health. Her goal is to simplify healthy eating, meet people where they’re at and help them incorporate more plants into their daily life.
Working one-on-one with clients, she creates customized nutrition plans designed to support them, no matter what their lifestyle, budget, culture or culinary skill level.
In her spare time, you can find Sydney at the local farmer’s market, traveling or cooking (with an excessive amount of garlic).
